Competencies of talents: bibliometric analysis
Talent management is a popular approach for human resource management nowadays. However, in the case of talent management the practice is more advanced than the theory. The term “talent” is relatively subjective and the expectations from the talented individuals can vary depending on the context. The principal aim of the research is to distinguish the competences precepted as attributes of talents in the scientific literature. The research is of the exploratory nature and is realized using bibliometric analysis technique, using VOSviewer software. References were obtained from the Scopus database. The identification and classification of the obtained results regarding competences in the talent management during the research will contribute to a better understanding of the phenomena of talents.
