Cooperation is often treated as a tool which allows to improve the competition position,
increase a value of company, reduce production costs and risk and optimize the use of resources.
Although cooperation has an important meaning a huge number of companies focus on wide
spectrum of activities. It means that companies have a low tendency to transfer the chosen areas to
other companies. The paper presents the results of empirical researches concerning areas of
cooperation and development intentions.
