The functioning of modern organizations is increasingly dependent on the efficient utilization of available intangible resources. Organizations can use a variety of tools in shaping them. One such tool is human capital reporting. Its implementation can have a significant impact on the development of not only human capital, but structural and relational capital as well. The objective of this article is to show the relationship between the concept of human capital reporting and the development of intangible resources in the case of small and medium enterprises.
