Data description:
1) The data contain 1,000 responses from interviewees on the subjective estimated values of their own residential properties in Warsaw, Poland. The data are supplemented with characteristics of the respondents (for example, age, education, employment situation, etc.) and their dwellings (for example, area, number of rooms or distance to residential amenities, etc.).
2) Only respondents with flats were surveyed, excluding those with detached houses and other types of residential property.
3) In addition, the data provides information on the degree of satisfaction of survey respondents with their current housing situation.
Additional information:
1) Sample characteristics: Survey conducted using the CAWI method on a randomly selected group of 1,000 residents of the City of Warsaw (Poland) who own/co-own the flat in which they live.
2) Date of conducting the survey: 6-10 November 2020.
3) These data can be successfully used in studies on the endowment effect, population wealth, housing satisfaction, etc.
