Study on zinc oxide and silver effects on architecture of chrysanthemum plantlets propagated in shoot-tip culture
The aim of this study was to test the influence of zinc oxide submicron particles (ZnO SMPs), zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs), and zinc oxide nanoparticles combined with silver nanoparticles (ZnO+Ag NPs), applicated at the concentrations of 100, 200, or 400 mg·L-1, on the in vitro growth of shoots and regeneration of adventitious roots in Chrysanthemum morifolium (Ramat.) Hemsl. ‘UTP Burgundy Gold’ and ‘UTP Pinky Gold’. Raw data of biometric parameters are included.
