The purpose ot the article is to present the subject matter related to the assessment of the technical condition of existing tower buildings. Such structures are particularly exposed to atmospheric factors accelerating erosion. The purpose of technical opinion or expert opinion is to determinate the safety of further exploitation of the structure based on its effort and to design any reinforcements that will allow further safe use, despite increasing loads, e.g. by installing additional antennas.
