Detailed regulations could be found in a number of laws, regulations and court judgments. Despite so many elaborations in the doctrine of law and numerous scientific studies it is so far controversial among doctors and patients, and arouses heated discussions during scientific symposia and in the court halls. It is worth to discuss the subject of the consent again. The article pays special attention to the practical aspects of the application of the current regulations.
